Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Every estimate is free, with no trip charge and no obligation. Depending on the project, we assess on-site or virtually.
Do you do virtual estimates?
Yes, for many projects — especially out-of-town owners. Using aerial measurement technology, satellite imagery, and photos you send us, we can often put a written estimate together without a site visit. When the project calls for it, we come out in person.
Do I have to be there?
No. Many of our cabin and lake home owners live out of the area. Between virtual tools and your photos, we can usually handle everything remotely and send the estimate to you.
Will you tell me if I don't need a new roof?
Yes, and we do it often. If your roof has years of life left, we'll say so and note what to watch. Fair pricing, no games — that's the whole point.
How long does the assessment take?
Usually under an hour for the roof itself. If we are on site, we will also look at the attic and ventilation when access allows, since that is where most Northwoods roof problems actually start.
